This lighted building comes with ball that drops to the sign “Happy New Year 2000.” Includes numerals that can be substituted for those atop the building up to the year 2009. Set of 3 includes the Tower, the accessory “The New Year’s Kiss” and confetti. It was introduced May 1999 and was retired December 1999. The set was extremely limited, made only in 1999 to commemorate the year 2000.
