Here is a Williams 6100 O Gauge Pennsylvania L1S 2-8-2 Mikado Steam Locomotive w/Tender. This features painted brass construction, metal wheels and axles, knuckle coupler, realistic detailing, and a motor. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Introduced at the turn of the 20th century, the 2-8-2 was an innovator breaking from the traditional manufacturing of locomotives, and featuring a larger firebox paving the way for greater speeds at a higher rate of power! Before we knew it, the 2-8-2 also known as the “Mikado” found itself in rail yards around the world from the United States to the Congo hauling freight from stop to stop. The Mikado would undergo a temporary name change after the Pearl Harbor bombing in 1941 shortly going by the McArthur, before eventually going back to the Mikado name after WW2. This item displays light scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. The tender’s ladder is slightly bent. The original box is included. The instruction manual is included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
