The 151 Semaphore features metal construction and operating semaphore arm that moves when activated. The 2 water towers included feature plastic construction. One water tower features an operating bubbling tube.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks and scratches present on the surfaces of all items. Items that feature metal construction show signs of surface rust. Paint on all items shows light signs of wear, chipping, and scuff marks. Tinplate items show light dents and dings.
