The fenced outdoor service area features an oil-stained concrete floor, a lift, free-standing kerosene tank, old tires, dolly, pole lights and loads more.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Despite being sealed, some of the trim pieces are broken and loose. The instruction manual is not included.
