This is a Woodland Scenics BR5059 HO Scale Built-Up H&H Feed Mill Building. The H&H Feed Mill is authentically weathered and hand-painted down to the finest details. These details include a positionable grain chute, a cyclone above the dumping area, a large back dock, with a smaller side dock, and other outdoor accessories on the front walk. The H&H Feed Mill includes a printed interior, as well as LED lighting – two interior lights and one exterior light over the dumping area.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. The instruction manual is not included.
